The Land of Giants
Begin your safari adventure with an early morning departure from Arusha. Your expert guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. The park's diverse landscape supports a rich variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and over 550 bird species.
Enjoy a full day of game driving with a picnic lunch in the wilderness. Watch as elephants dig for water in dry riverbeds and lions laze under acacia trees. In the evening, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Journey to the Endless Plains
After breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park. Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with stops at viewpoints overlooking the crater. Continue to the Serengeti's central region, known as Seronera, which offers excellent year-round wildlife viewing.
Arrive in the Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive. The park is home to the Big Five and hosts the Great Migration for several months each year. Settle into your lodge or tented camp as the sun sets over the savanna.
The Heart of African Wildlife
Experience a full day exploring the magnificent Serengeti. Start with an optional early morning balloon safari or game drive to witness predators returning from their night hunts. The Serengeti's vast plains are home to millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, along with the predators that follow them.
Visit the Seronera River Valley, Retima Hippo Pool, and other prime wildlife viewing areas. Your guide will share insights about the ecosystem and help you spot elusive leopards in acacia trees and cheetahs scanning the horizon from termite mounds.
Game Drive & Crater Rim
Wake up for an early morning game drive as the sun rises over the Serengeti. This is prime time to see predators in action and witness the savanna come alive. After breakfast, begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game driving along the way.
Stop at Maasai boma (optional) to learn about traditional culture. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in the late afternoon. Enjoy spectacular views of the crater floor 600 meters below and prepare for tomorrow's crater descent.
Africa's Garden of Eden
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most wildlife-rich areas on Earth. The crater floor spans 260 square kilometers and is home to approximately 25,000 large animals, including the rare black rhino, lions, elephants, and hippos.
Spend a full morning exploring the crater's diverse habitats, from Lerai Forest to Lake Magadi where flamingos gather. After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, ascend the crater wall and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
